Our name, Three Arrows Coffee Company, speaks to the core of who we are and why we exist. Each arrow represents one of our three core purposes: supporting coffee farmers, roasting high quality coffee, and using profits to support community projects in the country where the coffee was grown.

As with the coffee itself, we begin with our first arrow representing the coffee farmer. We are dedicated to maintaining long-term partnerships with farmers where we pay them an above-fair-trade wage and treat them with the utmost respect. Coffee farming is a highly difficult, highly physical profession that is traditionally low paying which can make it difficult for coffee farmers to sustain their business let alone experience growth. Our company is planting our flag with countless other roasters that are committed to this type of fair treatment.

Once we receive coffee from our trusted partners it is up to us to roast their product with the highest level of care, skill, and attention to detail possible. In that way we hope to honor the hard work that was put in as the coffee was grown while providing insanely good tasting coffee to our customers. Our second arrow.

Next, our third arrow represents what we do with our profits. For each bag of coffee we sell we are committed to sending a portion of the profits back to the home country of the farmer who grew the beans. Full circle! Those profits will be allocated to supporting programs that already exist. No need to reinvent the wheel here. There are numerous organizations dedicated to great causes. We plan to stay in our coffee roasting lane while helping those organizations grow and thrive!
