Welcome to Maple Lane Coffee Co., a small but passionate coffee roaster based in Indianapolis, Indiana. What began as a simple curiosity about how great coffee is made has grown into a dream we’re building one roast at a time.

Like many coffee lovers, we started by searching for that perfect daily cup—balanced, flavorful, and crafted with intention. Before long, that curiosity led us deeper into the world of coffee roasting. We fell in love with the process: the science, the creativity, and the endless ways to improve. Today, we roast all of our coffee from home on our Behmor roaster, and while our setup may be small, our commitment to learning and improving is anything but.

Every batch we roast is a chance to refine our craft. We approach each coffee with care, attention to detail, and genuine excitement. One of the things we love most is sourcing green coffee from farms around the world—each with its own story, its own flavor profile, and its own people behind it. Sharing those coffees with you is part of what makes this journey so rewarding.

We may be roasting from home today, but we’re dreaming big. As Maple Lane Coffee Co. grows, we have our sights set on opening a full, dedicated roastery where we can expand our offerings, welcome our community, and keep pushing our craft forward.
